Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the release of production plans and procurement plans, arranging workshop production and scheduling work;
2. On the basis of production, supply and marketing balance, continuously optimize the proportion of inventory funds.
3. Responsible for the management and control of the whole production process to ensure orderly and efficient production operations;
4. Responsible for the establishment and implementation of the quality assurance system in the production process, and optimize the first pass rate of products;
5. Assist relevant departments to analyze the reasons for unqualified products;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. More than three years of production management experience in the chemical industry, and more than two years of production planning management experience;
3. Good communication skills and adaptability;
4. Familiar with manufacturing-related production processes ;
5. Proficiency in using EXCEL;
6. Strong statistical and analytical skills for data.
