Job Responsibilities
1. Middle-level management positions, responsible for the main goals and plans in their functional areas, formulating, participating in or assisting the upper management to implement relevant policies and systems;
2. Responsible for the daily management of the department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of department staff;
3. Maintain communication with sales staff, customer service department and other departments to analyze market trends and customer needs;
4. Responsible for sales-related advertising plans, promotional activities, etc., and responsible for their planning, implementation, and evaluation;

Qualifications
1. College degree or above, major in marketing and business management is preferred.
2. Familiar with the hardware sales industry, with good management knowledge and practical marketing experience is preferred;
3. Have a keen sense of the market, and be good at improving the business performance of customers' stores in combination with reality;
4. Have good affinity, excellent adaptability, independent academic ability and good teamwork spirit;
5. Have rich experience in terminal operation, terminal management and terminal training.
