What are steel row nails? The steel nail row uses a series of production processes to effectively integrate the regularly arranged nail monomers, and integrates them through viscous glue to form a whole piece of fixed and regular row nails. Steel row nails are one of many row nail series. Because of their high strength and hardness, they can be nailed into relatively hard materials such as concrete, so they are called steel row nails.
Steel nails are made of coiled wire rods (high, medium or low carbon steel) as raw materials, which are pulled (cold drawn) several times by the wire drawing machine to the wire diameter required by the steel nails, and the steel nails are produced by the nail machine. The heat treatment furnace is quenched, then polished by a polishing machine, and then electroplated by a galvanizing equipment, and finally glued manually, and the steel nails are glued into a row to form a qualified product.
According to the survey, the current production equipment used by steel nail production enterprises mainly consists of nail making machines, wire drawing machines, polishing machines, knife sharpening machines, pointing machines, heat treatment furnaces, galvanizing equipment and tools used for manual nail arranging.
Features of steel row nails:
1. The diameter of a single steel nail is 2.2mm, and the lengths are: 18mm, 26mm, 38mm, 46mm, 50mm, 64mm and other specifications.
Second, the steel nails are 40 steel nails in a row, and the top and sides should be flat and not warped.
Third, the nail row needs to have rigidity and strength: hold one end, and the other end must not sink or break.
Fourth, the nails need to be in close contact without gaps. The glue should be applied evenly without any lumps or air bubbles, and the glue boundary should be limited to 10mm below the nail head.
Steel row nails are widely used based on the above advantages. In actual use, if the steel nails are forcibly knocked into the wall, the steel nails may bend and break, while the ST steel nails can be nailed in, which saves the common use of drills in the decoration to drive the wooden wedges after drilling holes in the wall. After that, it is easier to nail into the steel row nails (steel nails). The air pressure of the air pump should be 0.4~0.8MPa. The fixed object should be selected to have a nail length 1.5cm-2.5cm longer than the hanging object, so it will be firm and not easy to damage the wall.
